Instagram Quick Replies!

In your account, go to Settings —> Business —> Quick Replies

From here, you can set up text shortcuts for commonly asked questions.

For example, the word ‘help’ could be used to respond with ‘Thanks for your message! How can I help you with your business?’.

When you go to respond to a DM and type the word ‘help,’ you can choose to insert a quick response.

Something as simple as a quick response could end up saving you lots of time at the end of your day. Set up multiple quick responses and watch your free time AND engagement increase :)
