How to stop procrastinating

Stop procrastinating!!

I used to be the biggest procrastinator. Like, throughout my whole life 🤪

Something about the chaos of rushing to get something done when time is almost up seemed to get my creative juices flowing. The stress of a deadline forced me to focus. When the pressure is on, I can get it done!

But look at that sentence 👆

CHAOS.. STRESS.. PRESSURE..

There is NO NEED to operate this way 🙅🏼‍♀️

Rather than procrastinate until you are working in a constant state of stress, try this first:

- Write down everything that’s on your mind that has to be done.
- Now, go back and number those things by priority. Some may need to be done NOW, others can wait a bit
- Tackle your most important items that need to get done today.
- If you’ve finished the big ones for the day but have things that you can take off your plate for next week, do them! Next week, when stuff piles up out of no where, you’ll be happy you took the time to run that extra errand or did that extra task.


The more you can help yourself today, the better you’ll feel tomorrow 🥰
