When growing a business, one of the toughest things to do at first is outsource. Not only do you want to save money, but you want to make sure everything is exactly as you see it in your mind. It can be really hard to delegate. But you must have faith!

First, calculate your hourly rate. If you are making $10k/month, you’re worth $62.50/hour. If you can hire someone to do the things you’re not good at/don’t have time to do for less than $62.50, hire them! Your time spent is more valuable growing, not maintaining

Next, are you struggling through something that you KNOW someone can do better(building a website, creating a logo, photo/video editing)?

Find someone who can save you time, because saving time is saving money. Don’t suffer through something you can outsource!
