3 things you should do to nurture old leads
What do you do with old leads?
Most common answer? Nothing!!
But old leads are quite arguably the easiest client to close.
Even if someone isn’t interested in working with you now, chances are, they’ll be interested in the future.
See, a lot of times, people have to find out for themselves that they need you.
You can convince them of why you’re the best, how you can help them, how you will change their lives/businesses/mindset etc., but sometimes the stars just don’t align.
SO, when this happens, what do you do? Do you bid them farewell and hope they come back someday?
NO!
1. Talk to them in your captions - your captions should be aimed at your ideal client. Keep pumping out content that will keep them interested. ⠀
2. Engage with them! Don’t ever take a “no” personally. After all, it PROBABLY is not personal! Continue to be a presence in their lives, offer advice if asked, and engage with their content ⠀
3. Follow up! Reach back out to check in on old leads from time to time. For all you know, they might be dying to talk to you but feel afraid to reach out because it didn’t work out the first time. Open the door with a friendly check in. What’s the worst that could happen? ⠀
Following up with old leads could be the key to closing that $10k, $20k, $30k month you’ve been after. So just because it doesn’t work out now, doesn’t mean it won’t in the future 🤗
